Ingredients
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 (4 ounce) skinless chicken breast halves boneless
1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed chicken broth Campbell ®
3/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Long grain plain white 3/4 cup uncooked rice
2 cups fresh broccoli florets or frozen
paprika
Directions
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat 10-inch frying. Add chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until well browned on both sides. Remove chicken from pan.
Add broth, water, basil and garlic powder in the pan and bring to boil. Add the rice. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Add broccoli. Top with chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
