Ingrédients
1 (3 lb) whole chicken
8 oz dry stuffing mix bread
1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of chicken
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery
Broth 1 1/4 cups chicken (chicken bp)
1 cup evaporated milk
Directions
Boneless chicken meat in a microwave Layer baking dish 9x13 inch, lightly greased. Sprinkle stuffing mix to coat chicken.
In a large bowl, combine the soup, broth and evaporated milk. Stir well. Pour over stuffing mix, make sure it goes to the bottom of the baking dish (to dig with a fork to allow saturated in the lower layer)
. Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes, until it begins to bubble in the center.
