Ingrédients

1 cup buttermilk
1 egg
3 tablespoons melted butter
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
6 tablespoons buckwheat flour
1 teaspoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 tablespoons butter



Directions

In a medium bowl , combine butter , eggs and melted butter .

 

In another bowl , mix the white flour, buckwheat flour , sugar , salt and baking soda. Pour the dry ingredients to the egg mixture . Stir until the two mixtures are just incorporated .

 

Heat a griddle or large skillet over medium - hot fire, and put 1 tablespoon butter , margarine or oil. Let the butter melt before Spoon dough into pan , form 4 inch Buckwheat  pancakes in the dough. Once bubbles on top of Buckwheat  pancakes are formed, you turn them over and cook the other side for about 3 minutes. Continue this process until all the dough became Buckwheat  pancakes.
