    Ingrédients

    1 pound pork sausage
    Bread crumbs 1 ( 5.5 oz ) seasoned
    1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    1 cup Swiss cheese
    1 cup shredded pepperjack
    8 eggs
    One half pint and a half of cream
    1 1/ 2 cups milk
    1 1/ 2 teaspoons dry mustard
    1 tablespoon chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste


    Directions

    Place the sausage in a large deep skillet . Cook over medium -high heat until evenly brown . Drain , crumble and set aside ; resultat : Zippy Egg Casserole .

     

    In a baking dish lightly greased 9x13 inch organize croutons in a single layer . Layer cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, and pepperjack . Home cooked sausage. resultat : Zippy Egg Casserole .

    In a large bowl , whisk together eggs , half and half , milk , mustard , onion , salt and pepper. Pour into the dish sausage . Cover and refrigerate overnight ;  resultat : Zippy Egg Casserole .


    The next morning , bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F ( 175 degrees C ) for 45 to 60 minutes the oven. Let stand for 20 minutes before serving ;  resultat : Zippy Egg Casserole .
