Ingredients

1/2 cup(s) mini quins, sugar crystals, or other sprinkles
1/2 cup(s) white chocolate candy melts
4 ounce(s) cake-batter-flavored vodka (see Note)
2 ounce(s) orange liqueur, such as Mandarine Napoleon or Cointreau
1/4 cup(s) half-and-half or vanilla ice cream

Directions

  • Place sprinkles in a shallow bowl that is slightly larger than the rim of the martini glass. Place candy melts in a medium heatproof bowl and microwave 1 minute, or until melted.
  • Dip the rim of a martini glass in melted candy, swirling to coat evenly, and then dip glass into sprinkles to coat rim. Place an additional teaspoon of sprinkles in the bottom of the glass. Let glass cool completely before proceeding—if it is warm when you fill it with the cold martini, it could crack.

  • Combine remaining ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Carefully strain into the glass, being sure to avoid disturbing the candied rim.
