    Drizzle with olive oil 
    1 large red bell pepper, quartered and seeded 
    3 big, peeled zucchini into thin strips 
    1 (about 150g) lamb pizza fillet 
    4 small pita rounds 
    2 tablespoons basil pesto traditional Leggo 
    Light Perfect Italiano recipe lamb Pizza Plus 50g 



    grated cheese 
    Low-fat ricotta cheese 80g crumbled 
    1 tablespoon toasted pine nuts 
    Fresh basil leaves, to serve

    Directions

    Step 1

    Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Preheat grill on high. Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray olive oil to lightly grease . Place peppers, skin side up , in prepared pan . Spray lightly with olive oil spray . Broil for 5 minutes or until charred and blistered. Transfer the pepper in a resealable plastic bag and let stand for 5 minutes (this helps lift the skin ) . Peel the skin from the peppers and cut the flesh into thin strips.

    Step 2

    Meanwhile, spray a skillet with a little olive oil spray . High heat . Add the zucchini and cook , stirring, for 3-4 minutes or until zucchini is tender. Transfer to a heatproof bowl . Season both sides of recipe lamb pizza with salt and pepper. Add to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes each side for medium or until browned . Transfer to a plate and cover with foil. Set aside for 3 minutes to rest . Thinly slice lamb pizza across the grain .

    Step 3

    Spread the bread with pesto. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with zucchini , peppers ,lamb pizza and ricotta cheese. Resultat :recipe lamb pizza

    Step 4

    Place pitas on 2 plates. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and base is crisp . Sprinkle with pine nuts and basil leaves and serve. Resultat : lamb pizza
