Easy Quick Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

    Ingrédients

    1 (18.25 oz) Quick lemon cake mix package 
    4 eggs 
    Vegetable oil 1/2 cup 
    1 package (3 ounces) instant Quick lemon pudding mix 
    1 cup water 
    A quarter cup of poppy Lemon seeds

    Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 - 8x4 loaf pans inches. 

     

    In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, oil, pudding mix, water and poppy Lemon  seeds. Spread the mixture into two greased loaf pans 8x4 inches. 

     

    Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
